What you’ll be doing

Our People team is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for engineering, AI, and cloud roles. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to build talent pipelines across 40 countries, deliver a great candidate experience, and help us scale our 500+ engineer team with exceptional people.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, AI, and cloud/DevOps roles across multiple regions
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scorecards and interview processes
• Source and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and talent communities
• Deliver a transparent, high-quality candidate experience from first touch to offer
• Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and diversity of candidate slates
• Continuously improve interview processes and calibrate hiring bar with engineering leaders
• Represent ValorisFusion's engineering culture and brand in the talent market

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally for a consultancy or product company
• Track record sourcing and closing engineering, data, or AI talent internationally
• Strong stakeholder management skills partnering with senior technical hiring managers
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Comfort working across time zones with a distributed, remote-first team
• Genuine interest in technology and engineering culture
