Senior Product Designer (B2B SaaS)

What you’ll be doing

We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience for B2B SaaS products we build for enterprise clients. You'll lead research, interaction design, and design systems work — partnering with engineering and product to ship interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and conversion-optimized.

• Lead end-to-end product design for B2B SaaS engagements, from research through handoff
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma for client products
• Design dashboards, workflows, and complex data-dense interfaces for enterprise users
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure high-fidelity, accessible implementation
• Present design rationale and research findings to client stakeholders
• Champion accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) across every engagement

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong B2B SaaS portfolio
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern design systems workflows
• Experience designing complex dashboards, data tables, and enterprise workflows
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA)
• Strong facilitation skills for user research and stakeholder workshops
• Comfort collaborating directly with engineers on design implementation
• Consulting or agency experience across multiple concurrent clients is a plus
