Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js/Go)

What you’ll be doing

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Engineering team building production-grade web platforms for enterprise clients. You'll work across a modern Next.js frontend and Go-based services, owning features end-to-end from architecture through deployment on projects that power mission-critical business systems.

• Design and build full-stack features across Next.js/TypeScript frontends and Go microservices
• Own technical architecture decisions for client engagements, from data modeling to API design
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and review teammates' pull requests
• Collaborate directly with product managers and clients to translate requirements into shippable increments
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals across the stack
• Mentor mid-level engineers and contribute to internal engineering standards
• Participate in on-call rotation for production services you own

• 5+ years professional experience building full-stack web applications
• Deep expertise in React/Next.js and TypeScript in production environments
• Proficiency in Go (or equivalent strongly-typed backend language) for service development
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and RESTful/GraphQL API design
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong written communication skills for async, distributed team collaboration
• Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience is a plus
