Engagement Manager — Financial Services

What you’ll be doing

As Engagement Manager for our Financial Services vertical, you'll be the primary delivery owner for enterprise banking, payments, and fintech engagements — managing scope, timelines, and client relationships while partnering with engineering leads to ensure technical excellence and on-time delivery.

• Own end-to-end delivery for financial services client engagements, from kickoff to launch
• Manage scope, budget, timeline, and risk across multiple concurrent projects
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for client stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Partner with engineering leads to translate business requirements into delivery plans
• Run agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and transparent status reporting
• Identify account growth opportunities and support proposal/scoping efforts
• Ensure engagements meet financial services compliance and security expectations

• 6+ years in engagement management, delivery management, or technical program management
• Direct experience delivering software projects for banking, payments, or fintech clients
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies and enterprise software lifecycles
• Proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships under pressure
• Familiarity with financial services compliance and regulatory considerations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements
